How do I get Spright?

We're in the app store! Right this way.

I don’t have an iPhone. Can I use Spright on Android?

We’re available on any iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) running iOS 8 or later. If you’re using Spright on an iPad, look for us in the iPhone app store. We do have an Android app in the works, and we’d love to let you know when it’s released so you can test it out.


Experts

Who are your experts? How do I know they’re really experts?

Our experts all have meaningful credentials in their fields. Each field has its own bar, but for example: for nutrition, we work with registered dietitians. For lactation, we work with international board certified lactation consultants. Our marriage and family therapists have a range of certifications at the master’s or Ph.D. level. We publish bios for each of our experts so you can learn more about them — you can see a few of them here.

I’m a {pediatric dietitian/sleep consultant/childhood development expert/etc} and I have an idea for a session topic. How can we work together?

Fantastic! We’d love to hear from you. We’re always looking for new session topics, and we’d love to chat about other ways we might work together, too. Tell us about yourself!


Technical Issues

Is my information safe and private on here? Who else is using this app?

The Spright app is a curated community of new parents, and we want everyone to feel secure and supported. Only your contacts within the app — including people who have been a Q&A session with you — can see your picture or any other information you choose to put in your profile. We never sell or share your contact information with anybody, including other users on the app. Check out our full Terms of Service for more info.

Q&A Sessions

What do I get from a Q&A session?

In general, you’ll get time to ask the session’s expert your specific questions and get responses. You can also see and learn from the questions and answers from other parents interested in the same topic. We can send you a notification when your question has a response. After the session, you’ll get a transcript of all the questions and answers to keep. You may also get additional resources, like checklists and tip sheets, for reference. 

My baby has a rash. Can you tell me what’s wrong?

No. Sorry! We can’t give out medical advice. If you ask, we’re definitely going to tell you to call your doctor.

I’d really prefer to meet with someone face to face. What can the Spright app do for me?

We can help you find meetups, 1:1 consultations, local services, and product purchasing options in your area.

Will I ever sleep through the night again?

You will! And then you might stop sleeping through the night again. But then you’ll start again! It goes in waves, but you really will be sleeping more eventually.


I work in HR. Can Spright help pregnant women and new parents transition to and from parental leave?
